Insert in pouch interior elastic pouch, wrap around dog collar or harness and snap closed , then clip on D-ring snap. Simple, secure solution.
***MARTINGALE style comes exactly as pictured minus the elastic slide through strap for collar. Choose with or without D ring clip.***
